Nutgraph publishes editorial content that tracks public claims and trends alongside the evidence behind them. Content is organized by evidence tier and updated as new information becomes available. Nothing on the Site is a prediction, a recommendation, or a verdict — it's a report of what the evidence shows as of the date it was published or last updated, never a projection of where a story is headed next.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and journalistic purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, investment, or professional advice of any kind, and you shouldn't rely on it as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about your specific situation.

We make a good-faith effort to source, tier, and attribute evidence accurately, and to correct errors when we find them. Even so, an "Evidence Strength" score, a claim outcome, or any other assessment on the Site reflects our reading of the evidence available at a point in time — it can change, and it can be wrong. We don't guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of anything published on the Site.

You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: scrape, mirror, or bulk-reproduce the Site's content without our prior written permission; misrepresent content from the Site as your own or alter it in a way that misattributes its meaning; interfere with the Site's normal operation (including through automated access that places unreasonable load on it); or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site's design, text, graphics, and original editorial content are owned by WEP Ventures LLC, except where otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Evidence sources linked or cited on the Site remain the property of their original publishers; we cite them under fair use and standard attribution practice. The "Nutgraph" name and wordmark are trademarks of WEP Ventures LLC.

The Site links to third-party sources as evidence citations. We don't control those sites, don't necessarily endorse their content beyond the specific fact being cited, and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices — including their own privacy policies.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEP Ventures LLC and its members, employees, and contributors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold WEP Ventures LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
